Relay never stores your password or a decryption key. If the password is lost, Relay cannot decrypt or recover the vault.

Can Relay reset my password?

No. A reset path would require a decryption backdoor. Relay intentionally does not have one.

Can I use an Apple passkey?

Yes. Sign in and sync once, then open Settings and choose Passkey login. A new browser still needs your password or Recovery Kit once before it can be approved.

Why avoid bookmark exports?

Exports can contain sensitive URLs and readable titles. A small error message is usually safer and more useful.

What helps debug sync?

Browser name, Relay version, Free or Pro status, the action that failed, and the exact visible error.

Where do billing issues go?

Payments are handled by Stripe. Relay support can help connect a Pro status issue to the right vault context.
