Use this for upgrade status, Stripe receipts, plan limits, or a Pro feature that does not appear after syncing.
Ask for a coordinated reporting path before sending technical details. Keep the first message minimal and non-sensitive.
Use the support link on the Chrome Web Store listing, or contact Relay through the owner-approved support channel provided with your install. If you are reporting from the extension, include the Relay version shown in Settings.

- Full bookmark exports.
- Stripe card details.
- Sensitive URLs or screenshots containing sensitive bookmarks.
Relay never stores your password or a decryption key. If the password is lost, Relay cannot decrypt or recover the vault.
Quick answers

Yes. Sign in and sync once, then open Settings and choose Passkey login. A new browser still needs your password or Recovery Kit once before it can be approved.
Exports can contain sensitive URLs and readable titles. A small error message is usually safer and more useful.
Browser name, Relay version, Free or Pro status, the action that failed, and the exact visible error.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Relay support can help connect a Pro status issue to the right vault context.
Security reports
For suspected vulnerabilities, ask for a coordinated reporting path first. Send a minimal, non-sensitive reproduction. Do not include exploit playbooks, secrets, vault data, or full bookmark exports in the first message.
