Support

Help without asking for your secrets.

Relay support is designed around minimal account data. Relay cannot read your bookmark vault or recreate a lost Recovery Kit.

Recovery Kit recreation is not available.

Relay never stores a readable recovery key. If every passkey and the Recovery Kit are lost, Relay cannot decrypt or recover the vault.

Answers

Quick answers

Can Relay recreate my Recovery Kit?

No. A reset path would require a decryption backdoor. Relay intentionally does not have one.

How should I save the Recovery Kit?

Use Relay's share, copy, or download action and choose a private destination you trust. Relay's servers never receive the recovery secret, and support will never ask you to send it.

Can I use an Apple passkey?

Yes, in a compatible Chromium build. Apple Passwords can sync the passkey across Apple devices, and Relay attaches it to the same username used for sharing. Firefox uses the Recovery Kit password in its first release.

Why avoid bookmark exports?

Exports can contain sensitive URLs and readable titles. A small error message is usually safer and more useful.

What helps debug sync?

Browser name, Relay version, Free or Pro status, the action that failed, and the exact visible error.

Where do billing issues go?

Payments are handled by Stripe. Relay support can help connect a Pro status issue to the right vault context.

Security reports

For suspected vulnerabilities, ask for a coordinated reporting path first. Send a minimal, non-sensitive reproduction. Do not include exploit playbooks, secrets, vault data, or full bookmark exports in the first message.
