Best current support path
Use the support link on the Chrome Web Store listing, or contact Relay through the owner-approved support channel provided with your install. If you are reporting from the extension, include the Relay version shown in Settings.
Include this
- Browser name and version.
- Relay version from the extension settings screen.
- Whether you are on Free or Pro.
- The action that failed: sign in, sync, restore, profile switch, upgrade, gift code, or account deletion.
- The exact error shown in Relay.
- Whether this is your first browser or an additional browser.
Do not include this
- Your Relay password or recovery kit.
- Full bookmark exports.
- Stripe card details.
- Private URLs or screenshots containing sensitive bookmarks.
Password recovery is not available.
Relay never stores your password or a decryption key. If the password is lost, Relay cannot decrypt or recover the vault.
Security reports
For suspected vulnerabilities, ask for a private reporting path first. Send a minimal, non-sensitive reproduction. Do not include exploit playbooks, secrets, private vault data, or full bookmark exports in the first message.
